Company's life -This Friday, July 5, 2019, at LaMer XXL on our stand space hosted by Nantes Saint Nazaire Port, took place the signature of the letter of intent to order (LOI) for the construction of the first two 136m ro-ro sailing ships of NEOLINE with NEOPOLIA SAS.
For the occasion, we invited our partners, supporters and actors around the project who came in large crowds to attend the signing of the LAW. This step is a major step forward for NEOLINE and brings us closer to the objective of starting shipbuilding by the end of 2019, most of the work will be conducted in Saint Nazaire.
After a welcome by Jean-Luc Bernard (Head of the Nantes Saint Nazaire Port Trade Department), Michel Pery (President of NEOLINE), Jean Zanuttini (Director of NEOLINE) recalled the progress made, the commitment of the teams and the importance of the collaboration with NEOPOLIA and MAURIC for the development of NEOLINE in the Pays de la Loire Region.
Alain Leroy (President of NEOPOLIA) expressed his pride and the work done to create the NEOPOLIA SAS structure, which is able to support a project of this scale and underlined the prospects it opens for other subjects such as MRE.
We warmly thank all those who were able to join us, and in particular the Manitou group, represented by Mrs De Kerautem (Head of Institutional Communication) who reminded the journalists present of the environmental, logistical and economic relevance of our responsible maritime transport solution.
Together, let’s build the future of maritime transport
